I've seen a lot of new online payment platforms emerge recently. The majority of young people spend money online and conduct transactions as well, which has streamlined their daily lives.
However, there are challenges being faced when it comes to splitting some bills, a condition that everyone is familiar with. By using a user-centered design strategy with 50+ screens to create an e-wallet application that not only facilitates quick payments but also enables a group of individuals to split payments among themselves, I intended to solve this problem.
After being given the project brief and having a little more insights about the project, I went through these phases for the design.
I took my time to Interview over 10 people for this particular project where each session took 20 minutes. My main goal was aimed at understanding people’s behavior while using e-wallets to split bills. Below are the insights gained from this process.
